TA Talk

Join our team in a dynamic position where you'll handle client reservations, respond to inquiries online, and manage bookings through phone and email. Work collaboratively to ensure top-notch customer service and handle general administrative tasks. Experience in travel or hotel management is valued, along with strong English skills and proficiency in an extra language. Start a rewarding career with us!


Job Responsibilities

  • Tracking all reservations by our clients and provide the customer with a timely and efficient response.
  • Tracking inquiries made via the company website.
  • Making reservations on the phone and via e-mail.
  • Working as part of a team, to ensure that all customers receive a high quality service.
  • General administrative tasks as assigned by the line manager. 



Qualification

  • Experience in Tour operator / Travel agent and/or Hotel Contracting, Hotel Management, Hotel Sales & Marketing would be a distinct advantage.
  • Good English is a MUST
  • Second/ Third foreign language at a good writing and speaking level is a strong advantage.
  • Insight into Tour operators and or Hotel operations, basic knowledge of revenue management.
  • Being able to work both in a team & independently when necessary
  • Excellent organizational and negotiating skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.

  • Depending on the circumstances, there may be additional assignments, interviews, or reputation checks introduced.
