Yanolja CHRO Group is a HR organization that performs a core role in the company and consists of HRBP, Talent Acquisition, People Partner, and Culture & Growth Divisions. We, Yanolja HRers, are one of the pillars of Yanolja's future growth engines, and we are now seeking a Senior Global HRBP who plays a key role in expanding our global business.
A Senior Global HRBP works as part of the Cloud HRBP team, which is committed to the growth of Yanolja Cloud's business, which is leading the innovation of the domestic and international accommodation market.
The Cloud HRBP Team performs a role as an HR channel (recruiting, performance management, and reward overall) and a business partner (strategy development and coaching) for the business, including consulting across HR areas.
• As an HR partner of Yanolja Cloud, we work closely with global organizational leaders to support our business by providing expertise in performance management, reward, data analysis, and capability development.
• Consult with business leaders to translate business strategies and objectives into an HR roadmap.
• Provide guidance and assistance in the implementation of business restructures, workforce planning, and headcount modeling.
• Coach leaders on people-related matters, including talent assessment, development, and succession; organization effectiveness; and high-performing team dynamics.
• Provide HR support and consultation to the business, answering employee and manager queries about HR programs, policies, and other HR-related topics.
• Execute a goal-setting agenda with performance evaluations and oversee the formal performance review and calibration process.
• Enhance employee development and management throughout the year by providing coaching, mentoring, and timely feedback.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a high-growth company as either a generalist, business partner, or HR consultant.
• HR experience with global MNC corporate headquarters or regions (e.g., Asia Pacific)
• HR experience in HRBP work related to IT or R&D
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization
• Fluent and proficient communication in Korean and English
