[TA Talk] 

As ​an ​HRBP ​Leader, you ​will serve as a ​strategic ​partner to ​business leaders and ​act as ​a ​key driver ​in ​shaping ​the people's agenda ​for ​the organization. This ​role ​is ​responsible for leading ​a team ​of ​HRBPs, driving ​people strategies ​aligned ​with business goals, ​and cultivating ​a high-performance, inclusive, and globally-minded culture.


Yanolja’s HR organization is composed of Strategy, Ops, TA, and HRBP teams. We manage a wide range of HR functions to efficiently support both individual and organizational development. Our team fosters an efficient work environment to enable employees to perform at their best, and collaborate as a team to align our HR strategies with business goals, cultivating a culture of shared success.


[What You WIll Do]

  • Serve as the strategic HR advisor to senior leadership on talent, organization, and culture.
  • Lead and coach a team of HR Business Partners across multiple units or geographies.
  • Partner with business units to design and implement workforce planning, talent development, and change management initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, succession planning, and organizational design.
  • Align HR initiatives with global HR strategies and ensure effective execution across regions.
  • Leverage people analytics to influence business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout all HR practices and programs.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador and ensure the organization’s values are embedded in the business.


[What You Must Have]

To be Successful in this role, you will have;

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2+ years in an HR leadership role.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change.
  • Strong understanding of labor law, HR operations, and talent management principles.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, fast-paced, and/or global environment.
  • Business-level fluency in both English and Korean is required.
