GoGlobal Travel is a leading global B2B travel platform that, in collaboration with Yanolja Cloud, is expanding its presence in the Asian market. We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team and experience rapid growth together within a stable and robust business structure.


[What You Will Do]

  • Track all client reservations and provide timely and efficient responses.
  • Manage inquiries received via the company website.
  • Handle reservations through phone and email communication.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a consistently high level of customer service.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as assigned by the line manager.


[What You Must Have]

For foreign applicants, proficiency in both English and Korean languages (written and verbal) is required. Additionally, only those who hold a valid working visa to work in South Korea are eligible to apply.


  • Experience in roles such as Tour Operator, Travel Agent, Hotel Contracting, Hotel Management, or Hotel Sales & Marketing is a distinct advantage.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Fluency in a second or third language, with strong writing and speaking skills, is highly desirable.
  • Insight into tour operator processes, hotel operations, and basic knowledge of revenue management.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Depending on the circumstances, there may be additional assignments, interviews, or reputation checks introduced.
