Q. Is there a standard format for resumes and documenting work experience?
A. There is no standard format. However, submitting in PDF format will facilitate the review process. If you submit via an external link (e.g., Notion), please ensure the link is valid and access settings are correct. An inaccessible link may prevent your application from being reviewed.
Q. Can I reapply?
A. For the same position, you can reapply six months after the initial application result is announced. For other positions, you can apply without any separate restrictions.
Q. Can I apply to multiple positions at the same time?
A. Yes, duplicate applications are possible. However, the resume review for each position is conducted separately, and the process will proceed for the position that is reviewed first. For example, if you apply for positions A and B simultaneously, you can proceed with position B after being eliminated from position A.
Q. Can I cancel or edit a submitted resume?
A. Yes. If you send a request to the recruiter for the position, we will help you edit or cancel your resume. For a quicker response, please include your full name, the position you applied for, and your request.
Q. How can I confirm my resume has been submitted?
A. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided after you submit your resume.
Q. Are there any restrictions on age, education, or experience?
A. There are no restrictions on age, education, or experience for any position. However, a minimum level of experience may be required depending on the specific characteristics of the role.

Q. When are the screening results announced, and are rejections also communicated?
A. We notify all applicants of their screening results individually. Resume review results are typically announced within two weeks, and interview results are typically announced within one week. However, the schedule may vary depending on the recruitment status of each position.
Q. How are applications and interviews handled for international residents
A. If you find it difficult to attend an in-person interview due to your location, an online (i.e. remote) interview is possible. For more details, the recruiter for the relevant position will provide individual guidance.
Q. Can I receive feedback on the coding test and interview process?
A. According to our internal regulations, we do not provide formal feedback on the recruitment process. Please understand that we do not provide specific reasons for non-acceptance separately.
Q. Is parking available for interviews?
A. Yes. If you use your own vehicle on the day of the interview, free parking is available. If you require parking support, please request it from the recruiter for the relevant position before the interview day.
Q. How do I get an interview confirmation letter?
A. Please send a request to the recruiter for the relevant position, including your full name, date of birth, and the field you applied for. After confirmation, the letter will be issued via email.

Please note that positions with a stated "One-day Interview" process are conducted faster than others.
