Yanolja is hiring a Software Engineer to accelerate our global data-driven service expansion.
This role will focus on backend development and data processing system design, building services leveraging large-scale distributed systems, designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservice architectures, and managing backend systems in cloud environments (AWS, GCP).
In addition, you will design high-performance and scalable architectures, improve code quality through continuous refactoring, and establish CI/CD pipelines.
We are seeking an experienced professional with 10+ years in backend development (Python, Java, C++), 5+ years in AI/Deep Learning, and proven leadership experience. 🙌
What You Will Do
Backend development & data systems
- Build backend and data processing systems
- Design and develop large-scale distributed backend services (Python, Java, C++)
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservice architectures
- Build and operate backend systems in cloud environments (AWS, GCP)
- Design and optimize databases (SQL, NoSQL)
Performance optimization & code quality
- Design high-performance, scalable service architectures
- Continuously refactor and improve code quality
- Build and operate CI/CD pipelines
Technical leadership
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical direction for junior and senior engineers
- Mentor team members and foster a sustainable engineering culture through collaboration and knowledge sharing
What is Required
- 10+ years of experience in backend development using distributed processing languages (Python, Java, C++)
- 5+ years of hands-on development experience in Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning
- 5+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles
- Strong understanding of data modeling and software architecture
- Excellent skills in technical communication, documentation, presentation, analysis, and discussion
