To accelerate global service innovation, Yanolja NEXT is hiring a Software Engineer.
This role will cover the full software development lifecycle, including complex system design, large-scale service implementation, automation pipeline development, cloud-based operations optimization, and technology research and sharing.
We are looking for candidates with strengths in problem-solving, system design, and technical leadership. 🙌
What You Will Do
AI-driven service development
- Design and develop services that deliver optimal user experiences, leveraging cutting-edge research and infrastructure
- Build and maintain web/backend services using Golang, Typescript, Python, and more
- Architect real-time processing structures and integrations across complex systems
Service operations & technology research
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance service performance
- Conduct system performance analysis, optimization, and technology validation
Technical leadership
- Lead code reviews, provide technical direction, and mentor both junior and senior engineers
- Foster a sustainable engineering culture through collaboration and knowledge sharing
What is Required
- 10+ years of experience in software development
- Experience leading teams of 10+ engineers
- Strong ability and determination to solve problems without existing solutions
- Hands-on experience with complex algorithm and system design projects
- Structured problem-solving and analytical skills
- Passion for learning and researching new technologies
- Strong documentation and communication skills for sharing technical knowledge
How to Stand Out
- Participation in problem-solving competitions (e.g., ICPC, KOI, IOI)
- Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
- Leadership experience as CTO, Tech Lead, or similar roles
- Experience designing and implementing large-scale CI/CD pipelines
- Expertise in distributed systems and high-performance computing optimization
- Strong background in algorithm or programming contests
- Ability to learn new programming languages/frameworks quickly and apply them flexibly
- Contributions to open-source projects
- Hands-on experience optimizing real-time systems
- Proven track record in knowledge sharing, technical seminars, or team-wide presentations
