To accelerate global service innovation, Yanolja NEXT is hiring a Software Engineer.
This role will take ownership of the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including complex system development, application service implementation, automation pipeline design, cloud-based deployment automation, and technology trend analysis.
We are seeking individuals with strengths in algorithm design, problem-solving, and knowledge sharing. 🙌
What You Will Do
Next-generation service development
- Develop and optimize large-scale distributed systems and high-performance services
- Design and implement application services leveraging complex algorithms
- Improve service quality through performance metric design and enhancement
- Build and manage data processing pipelines and infrastructure
Service operations & technology research
- Design and implement DevOps pipelines for service deployment and operations
- Automate deployment and operations in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, etc.)
- Research latest technology trends and share insights internally for capability building
- Design systems for stable operations, including performance monitoring and log analysis
What is Required
- Experience in projects involving complex algorithms and system design
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a research-driven mindset for new technologies
- Ability to clearly document and share technical concepts
How to Stand Out
- Participation in problem-solving competitions (e.g., ICPC, KOI, IOI)
- Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines
- Hands-on experience optimizing large-scale systems
- Track record in algorithm and programming contests
- Ability to quickly learn new programming languages and frameworks, applying them flexibly
- Contributions to open-source projects
- Experience optimizing real-time system performance
- Experience leading knowledge-sharing sessions or presenting in seminars
